ATTENTION GIRLS!
There will be a mix mix Friendly Captain's Ball Match with the basketball girls on 26 May (Tuesday)
Attendence is compulsory(whether u're playing or not. but abt 90% playing)

Attire: Grey Netball Jersey.
Time: 4pm-5pm (report 3pm)

I've recieve some feedbacks.
"why do we have to play? whats the point"
The seniors have the reason for doing this.
Our team lack of team spirit, communications and experience whether is C or B division.
Having games with other cca, more or less we will be able to gain some of it.
Last yr, we had some games with the T..Ball people right.
and we realise that. we improve abit. SERIOUS. i don think anyone disagree with me in this case.
Thats why we wanna make more games in school first before organising netball frenly with other schools.
This way, we'll be able to have more more experience and teamwork to play with other sch.
Everything starts from little..
Everyone plays a part.
Go for it girls!

we'll not juz be playing with bball girls only.
there will be more CCAs coming.
Whatever CCA people it is. i wan everyone to have the same attitude towards the game.

Think the Sec 1s had fun during the previous trainings even if they think its tough.

Anyway, tml got the NSL, anyone intrested can meet at 4.30pm outside school gate.
Best if you guys can go and watch how and play, and try to learn from them.

Cheer up!

Dont get too upset with the result today, just treat it as a warm up. =)
Players please reflect what you should do on court, discuss it with others if you want.

Overall mistakes that you should change:

Look where you are passin to.
Call out for ball if you want to get the ball.
Tell the receiver if you wanna pass the ball to them.
Dont squeeze in centre 3rd.
Pass the ball down the court to the shooters.
More accurate passes.

p.s there's much more mistake for all 3 shooters, midfielders and defenders. ask senior for advice.

We have actually improved! Last year we cant even score more than 2. Today we got 5!
Keep up the momentum. Dont stress over your performance on court. Dont think too much, things are easy on court if you let your mind stay clear, if you think too much, it will slows down your reactions.

Jiayou Ladies! Our next match would be against Pioneer and BBS.

Thank you to all the juniors who came. We appreciate what you all have done for us. Hope you guys have learn something today. =D

Coach Adeline might pop up to some of the matches! Show her that we have improve! So, do your best on court every seconds!

BAD NEW! PEOPLE!

As you know, for the Westzone competition, we will ba competin with various school from the west area.. this include NanHuaHigh, WestWoodSec and JuyingSec.

NanHua: They are a strong team, you all should know.
Westwood: Amazin! i watched their play today at Kallang. They actually won Nanhua!! in the finals some more.
Juying: Though they are not strong last year, but they have improve! They attack real fast!

So, ladies! PLEASE work hard & play smart on court.
Be ready for several tough trainin startin from Monday.
Be prepare to learn strategies from trainin.
Please build up your stamina even if there's no trainin.
Please listen to advice & stop showin attitude.

p.s. Netball is a team game, please be more responsible for your action, if you didnt do well on court, you will pull the whole team's performance down!

You guys want to win for Westzone right?
If winnin is your goal, then STOP SLACKIN & be more serious durin trainin [you should know who you are]

There will be a rematch with the T........ ball ppl on TUESDAY(30/Dec) at 9am.

-It was raining on that day

-The hall is not a 'real court'

-The Tball boys still donno the real well yet.

Remember to drink lots of water before the match.
Sleep early and think what you want to do on court.

CONGRATULATION!!

Congrat C division for winnin the match! WELL DONE! =)
And for B division, we didnt win though, but still nice game, maybe not use to the court?

Do you all want to play with them again? [ give opinion in tagboard ] not in the hall!! :D

Few things we need to work out on:

Passes still very weak...
Defenders need to move faster...
Communication on court!!!!

Christmas eve's friendly match

There are some changes to the match. so please take note of it.

Game starts at 9am. please report to school by 8am for warm up. Wear Netball jersey and preferably black shorts.
We will be playing with the Tchoukball sec3 guys for probably 3 matches.

1st match: B division
2nd match: C division
3rd match: Let's try the 'mission impossible' combination

Umpires would be Angelin and Yeeling. :)

WARNING!
- Our opponent are quite tall and they are strong in passing, so ladies, you all have to be more alert and react faster!
- They are male. Please protect yourself on court, if they anyhow touch you, just slap them hard, without any hesitation!

Reminder:
-Cut your nails
-Rest well on Tuesday
-Drink lots of water
-No butterfly clips
-No accessories on court
-Take note of your footwork
-Communications on court
-Dont argue with the umpires, they are always right.

Okay, that's all. Do your best on that day. We must WIN! Stress you! hahahaha
